The Birdlings – Phase 1

COMBERTON, CAMBRIDGE

Before Beechwood’s transformation, the site nestled within Bennell Farm’s agricultural land, with the farmhouse just north of the boundary. Following our intervention, 90 of the 131 meticulously crafted homes now harmoniously blend into the landscape.

114 Mill Road

Cambridge

This was an exciting redevelopment of a prominent site on the corner of Mill Road and Devonshire Road. The complete redevelopment into a new butchers shop with a two bed flat above, fronting Mill Road. With two new duplex apartments and a studio flat accessed from Devonshire Road. Work is now complete and the property is retained within our portfolio.

City Road

Cambridge

Located in the heart of Cambridge, this development involved the refurbishment of two Victorian terraced properties. These were transformed into three properties, along with the rebuilding of neighbouring studios/workshops to create two, two-bedroom and one three-bedroom homes. At the rear of the site we created a two-bedroom loft style duplex apartment and a four-bedroom house.
