Before Beechwood’s transformation, the site nestled within Bennell Farm’s agricultural land, with the farmhouse just north of the boundary. Following our intervention, 90 of the 131 meticulously crafted homes now harmoniously blend into the landscape.
Design Philosophy
Our commitment to sustainability and community integration shines through in The Birdlings development. We meticulously preserved the area’s natural character while delivering beautifully designed homes. Sustainability is at the forefront, with features like Air Source Heat Pumps reducing reliance on traditional heating methods. We’ve also prioritised diverse housing options, fostering inclusivity and creating a vibrant, interconnected community. Nature is embraced, with existing features preserved and new planting enhancing biodiversity. Shared spaces further strengthen community bonds, ensuring The Birdlings is not just a collection of homes, but a thriving, sustainable neighbourhood.
