Situated in the greenbelt, Magog Court required thoughtful and sensitive planning to gain permission to transform a derelict farmyard and buildings into offices which retain the character and heritage of the original site.
The development features attractive traditional weather boarding and Cambridge Stock Brick construction to blend in with the surrounding rural area.
Design Philosophy
The eight acre landscaped site is evolving, with new offices and grain barns being added. It is currently home to seven offices set around a central courtyard ranging in size from 860 – 4,529 sq ft (total office space circa 22,500 sq ft), offering spacious high quality working environments including fibre broadband, air conditioning, and ample parking. The development has been retained within our investment portfolio. Many offices were pre-let including 50 percent of the available space to Cambridge NHS Trust.
