Harston

Navigating the complexities of securing an application for Class Q approval and ensuring commercial viability throughout the planning process were significant challenges addressed by Beechwood. Working closely with the Jesus College (Harston Barns), we achieved detailed planning consent, aiming to exceed current sustainability standards, resulting in the transformation of several barns and a large yard into 9 high-quality residential dwellings.

COMBERTON, CAMBRIDGE

Before Beechwood’s transformation, the site nestled within Bennell Farm’s agricultural land, with the farmhouse just north of the boundary. Following our intervention, 90 of the 131 meticulously crafted homes now harmoniously blend into the landscape.

The Pastures is a new development in the popular village of Harston, offering easy access to Cambridge and the M11. Tucked away, but within easy access of the High Street, the development comprises of eight houses ranging from three to five bedrooms, four with garages and all benefitting from private gardens.
