Magog Court

Cambridge

Situated in the greenbelt, Magog Court required thoughtful and sensitive planning to gain permission to transform a derelict farmyard and buildings into offices which retain the character and heritage of the original site. The development features attractive traditional weather boarding and Cambridge Stock Brick construction to blend in with the surrounding rural area.

Royal Standard

Cambridge

The development incorporates the re-introduction of a public house after a period of circa ten years, plus 11 student flats and a traditional terrace of five Victorian town houses. This site has been retained in our portfolio.

King’s Lynn – Industrial Estate

King’s Lynn

This site was part of the old Cattle Market. Planning permission was sought, and granted, for seven industrial units totalling approx. 21,000 sq ft. The new development totally transformed this brownfield site and pre-lets were arranged before completion. We have retained six units within our portfolio, all of which are let to tenants such as Brandon Tool Hire and Tulip Foods.
