Community Contributions
Through The Birdlings development, Beechwood Estates has made significant contributions to the surrounding community. As part of the Section 106 Agreement, we facilitated various enhancements, including extending the Little Eversden Surgery, upgrading the Comberton College 3G pitch, and expanding the Comberton Pavilion. Additionally, we supported improvements to local amenities such as libraries, sports facilities, and recreational areas, ensuring a positive impact on residents’ quality of life.
Affordable Housing
Beechwood Estates actively participates in addressing the pressing need for affordable housing, aligning with local councils’ mandates and initiatives. Our collaboration with stakeholders, as exemplified by The Birdlings project, showcases our dedication to fostering inclusive communities. By championing tenure-blind shared ownership homes and apartments, we ensure our high-quality affordable housing options cater to diverse needs, emphasising collaboration to fulfil the community’s housing requirements.
