This site was part of the old Cattle Market.
Planning permission was sought, and granted, for seven industrial units totalling approx. 21,000 sq ft. The new development totally transformed this brownfield site and pre-lets were arranged before completion. We have retained six units within our portfolio, all of which are let to solid anchor tenants.
