The development incorporates the re-introduction of a public house after a period of circa ten years, plus 11 student flats and a traditional terrace of five Victorian town houses. This site has been retained in our portfolio.
Design Philosophy
Acquired as a rundown community pub, The Royal Standard has changed completely through focused investment and the careful development of its car park. It has kept its traditional values and original name while gaining new life. This transformation has turned a neglected building into a lively, valuable asset for the local area.
